I liked the book because it had good information that was consise and easy to go through quickly. Gave good dosages to use for different things.
Don't buy this mess it's horrible !!!!!!! Did not explain quantities nor uses. This book is not informative in any way related to Apple Cider Vinegar.
It is really safe to use Apple Cider Vinegar.
The health benefits are more than what we really expect.
It is easy to get and have lot of benefits. Being a doctor I have personally tried it in arthritis and weight control.

Very short book but helpful information regarding benefits of apple cider vinegar. This is a good book to encourage the daily practice of supplementing your diet.

To short, read it in 10 min. No real New information, the writing itself was poor. I would not recommend this book.
I knew some things about Apple cider vinegar, and learned a few things. I used to have slight liver damage and I learned that over time your liver is the only organ in the body that can repair itself. I don't know for sure, but I definitely believe that me drinking some apple cider vinegar in my water daily has a lot to do with cleansing my liver.
